Who we are

22Work is a trading name of 22Forward Ltd, company no. 14311619, 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean 22Forward Ltd.

The service

22Work is an AI-powered web app for working professionals dealing with a stalled promotion or pay rise. You take a short assessment, then work through it with an AI coach.

The service is in private beta. Features may change, and it may sometimes be unavailable.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over to use the service.

The coach is an AI

The coach is an artificial intelligence, not a person. It does not give legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Decisions about your career are yours.

Price and payment

£29 a month including VAT, cancel any time.

A subscription costs £29 per month including VAT, charged monthly until you cancel. You buy your subscription through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for your payment. Link takes your payment, handles VAT and sales tax, and sends your receipts. Your card statement will show "LINK.COM* 22WORK.COM". 22Forward Ltd provides the 22Work service to you.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time on link.com (your Link order page), through Link support (support.link.com), or by emailing support@22work.com. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and will not be charged again.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy.

Your account

Keep access to your sign-in email secure, and use the service lawfully and only for yourself.

We may suspend or end your access if you misuse the service. If we do, we will refund any paid period you have not used.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law

We will tell you by email before we make a material change to these terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
